We've used many different approaches to manage the Software Development Lifecycle including Agile, RUP and Waterfall methods. Essentially we'll apply what works best for our clients based on their needs.

SEC Ventures uses both an open source technology stack and Microsoft's platform. The majority of our resources and work specialize in open source, since it typically saves our clients money during the development and maintenance phases due to lower component licensing costs.

We also do work in .Net and provide Managed Hosting services for clients and incubated businesses.
